How can I get in touch?

What are your business hours?
We are available Monday to Friday from 08.30 - 17.30.
Our Customer Care Team are closed on all UK Public Holidays and orders placed during the closed period will be processed the next working day.

How do I set up an account?
Setting up an account couldn’t be easier. Simply complete the new customer registration form to create a Technical Reality customer account. You can order and pay via credit card and Paypal straight away.
Once you are registered, you will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager who will support you with any queries you may have and assist with a credit account application*.

How do I track my order?
Once you have received confirmation of your order and it is ready for dispatch, you will be notified of a tracking number from one of our dedicated shipping partners. If you have any order queries, please e-mail our customer care team or call us on 0800 689 0664 with your order number, then leave the rest to us.
When will I receive my delivery?
For next working day delivery our cut off time is 16.30; however, we continue to process orders up until 17.30. If you have an urgent requirement, please call us directly on 0800 689 0664 or email our sales team.
